Our Different Houses

Three tipical Ticino-houses with different rooms (1-6 beds) belong to Casa Moscia. We have several big public rooms. A rich and wild botanic garden on several terraces surrounds our houses. In the beginning of March Acacias, Camelias and “Magnolias” are in beautiful flowering-time. Thus because of the mild and very sunny climat in this area. Further infrastructures on our ground are a lawn for sunbathing closed to the border of the lake, a childrens playground, a Volleyball ground, Ping pong tables and a little privat beach on the lake Maggiore. From March to September bathing is recommended in the clear water. There are possibilities to rent rowboats, a row-catamaran and a sailboat. The Brissago Islands are in a distance of 2 km.

Pubblic transports (Bus) guarantee a connection to Locarno, Ascona and Brissago. There are several possibilities for very nice walking tours in the Chestnut forests or to explore protected areas. At about 1,5 km distance, on Monte Verità you’ll find a Vita Parcours.
